Quality Control (QC)

This refers to the on-site processes during construction that monitor and verify the materials, equipment, and work quality. It involves testing materials (like concrete, steel, and soil), checking compliance with design specifications, and ensuring that construction techniques are consistent with the approved plans. With QC, we aim to catch and correct any issues early to avoid larger defects or project failures.
